Chaim Holtsberg
Stemming from an illustrious Lubavitch family of shochtim, Chaim Holtsberg is no newcomer to the kosher meat industry.
As an employee of the former Rubashkin network, he became known for his dedicated expertise.
Once hired as lead manager of the David Elliot poultry farm in Scranton, Pa, Chaim became aware of a shortage of Lubavitch shechita resulting from the Rubashkin raid.
It wasn’t long before Chaim began filling the void by preparing and providing the CHK sought-after meat for those that required it - along with CRC and Weissmandel certified meats for the general public.
After leaving David Elliot in 2016, Chaim made a personal pledge to continue bridging the gap in the kosher meat market.
Today, Glatt Direct honors that promise by shipping the finest cuts of bulk meat and poultry orders at incredibly low prices to families in both the metropolitan and remote areas of the Northeastern States and beyond.

Cases contain freshly frozen chicken legs, schnitzel, ground beef, stew, steaks and other popular meat products. Made up of shoe-box size individual packages of 12 to 18 to 6 inches and weighing approximately 12 to 18 pounds, they are specifically prepared to maximize freezer space and for indefinite freezer storage time.
We expedite the process with UPS ground shipping that ensures a timely 2 to 3 day delivery of cases straight to your home. Our products arrive frozen straight from our plant with no thawing occurring en route, ready to be transferred directly to your home freezer amidst the ultimate level of quality assurance.
